Delayed Payment

Description:

This is a completely new function in DIGIPOS.

It allows the waiter to close the sale but the waiter can not accept the payment. 

The ticket is printed with a bar code.

Payment is made directly to the cashier.

 

Example:

The customer asks to pay the bill.  The waiter closes the table in the POS and a ticket is printed.  The customer is then presented the ticket and must make the payment at the cashier.  The cashier scanns the bar code to open the account accepts the payment and closes the sale.  A paid ticket is then printed for the customer.
